DURING THE PAST FIFTEEN MONTHS AKELIUS CANADA LTD HAS PURCHASED TWENTY BUILDINGS ELIMINATING MORE AFFORDABLE HOUSING THEN ANY OTHER RESIDENTIAL COMPANY IN TORONTO WITH THE GOAL, TO REPOPULATE THEM WITH TENANTS WILLING TO PAY THEIR HIGHER RENTS AND AT THE SAME TIME GETTING RID OF RESIDENTS THEY FEEL ARE NOT PAYING ENOUGH.
